1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Cusmaa platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing our multi-vendor custom clothing marketplace.

2. PLATFORM DESCRIPTION

Cusmaa operates as a B2B2C platform connecting:
– Customers seeking custom clothing services
– Vendors providing custom clothing manufacturing and design services

Services include but are not limited to:
– Custom sublimation printing
– Corporate wear customization
– Varsity jacket customization
– Other custom apparel services

3. USER ACCOUNTS

3.1. Customer Accounts:
– Must be 18 years or older
– Responsible for accurate measurement information
– Must provide clear design specifications

3.2. Vendor Accounts:
– Must undergo verification process
– Must provide business registration documents
– Responsible for quality control and timely delivery
– Must maintain professional communication

4. ORDER PROCESS & TRANSACTIONS

4.1. Custom Order Process:
– Customers submit design specifications and requirements
– Vendors review and confirm order feasibility
– Customers make payment to Cusmaa escrow system
– Vendors fulfill orders within agreed timeline
– Customers receive and confirm satisfaction
– Funds released to vendors after customer approval

4.2. Pricing:
– Vendors set their own service prices
– Cusmaa charges platform commission per transaction
– All prices in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. Customer Designs:
Customers retain ownership of designs uploaded to the platform but grant vendors limited license to reproduce for order fulfillment only.

5.2. Vendor Portfolio:
Vendors grant Cusmaa license to display their work samples for marketing purposes.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. Platform Role:
Cusmaa acts as intermediary only. We are not liable for:
– Quality issues with final products
– Delivery delays by vendors
– Design inaccuracies in customer specifications
– Vendor-customer disputes

6.2. Resolution Process:
Cusmaa provides dispute resolution services and may mediate between parties, but final resolution is between customer and vendor.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not:
– Upload offensive or copyrighted designs without permission
– Bypass platform for direct transactions
– Provide false information
– Misrepresent services or products

8. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
– Violation of these terms
– Poor vendor performance
– Fraudulent activities
– Multiple customer complaints

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.

10. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice to users.
