– Communicate delays immediately to customers
– Provide order status updates regularly

– Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
– Provide clear explanations of customization options
– Maintain professional tone in all communications

2. ORDER FULFILLMENT

2.1. Production Capacity:
Vendors must accurately represent their production capacity and not accept more orders than they can handle.

2.2. Quality Control:
Each item must undergo quality check before shipment to customer.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1. Commission Structure:
Cusmaa charges [10-15%] commission on each completed transaction.
